The story of Vitap began in 1954, when Pietro Tanzini and Franco Viciani, two mechanics animated by a brilliant spirit of initiative, decided to found our company.
Over more than 60 years of history, Vitap has been able to combine a strong bond with the local territory with an international vision that sees us protagonists in over 80 countries.
Initially dedicated to the traditional wood processing machinery production – machines for the processing of solid wood and panels and numerical control machinery – over the years Vitap has been able to integrate the production by inserting revolutionary machine tools and machines for the processing of acoustic and sound-absorbing panels. A decisive role for our success has been played by the technologies we have developed, which have allowed us to expand the range of our machinery and respond to the growing demands of the market.
Today, with the precious lessons that derive from a long experience and a look constantly striving towards new horizons, we are ready to face with confidence the challenges of the future, always ready to offer innovative solutions for an intelligent job.
