Vitap K2 Tour de France by truck | The story of the event
From 3 to 5 July 2018 we organized Vitap K2 – Tour De France en Truck in collaboration with Sovereme, our authorized dealer located near Poitiers, in France.
It was a journey of over 150km aboard a truck, which allowed us to show our CNC Point K2 Top machining center in action to the Poitiers area companies, bringing the Vitap experience directly to the home. A great experience that gave us the chance to meet many companies and show them the smart way of working of our machinery.

“We are immersed in a highly competitive world where research, development and technology are essential. However, Vitap does not forget that human relationships and customer contact are essential factors for the growth of a company. Every day we work hard to cultivate relations with people concerned by Vitap. Hence, aiming to get closer to people, we decided to embark on the Tour de France experience with our reseller Sovereme.
After the great success obtained with the victory at the XIA Xylexpo Innovation Awards, we do not feel satisfied. Far from it: we are even more committed to our partners.
We thank all the people we met in these days in France! Among these, a special thanks goes to Franck, Ludovic and Laurent, the extraordinary staff of Sovereme who collaborated with us in the realization of this event.
