Vitap is constantly developing its technology for wood processing. The technological solutions developed in the Vitap Lab pursue a common goal: to pursue a constant technological advancement of the machinery, which allows to optimize the work of the companies that use our machines, making it simpler and more intelligent.
The quality of our work is testified by the innovative registered patents and by the important international awards obtained, such as the AWFS Visionary New Machine Award in 2013 Las Vegas USA won by our Eclipse.
We were the first Company in the world to develop the two-gripper technology with the patented D-D-T (Double Dynamic Transport) system. This system allows to complete the machining of the four sides and the lower face of the panel in a single process. This is not possible when using a gripper machinery, which requires constant use of technicians to move the panel during the various phases of execution. Our CNC for drilling Point K2 Top is the only machine in the sector equipped with a two-gripper system.
The Point 2 work center boasts a patented belt-belt movement system able to carry out uninterrupted movement and to cancel set-up times.
Our technologies applied to the acoustic panel sector have allowed us to create Point Acoustic and Point Grooving, able to speed up processing times. In fact, it allows us to create a 1-square-meter panel in less than a minute with 54 holes every 4 seconds.
